At Cymonne's we want your experience to be perfect!

If you aren't completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date via mail to our Warehouse Location. 

All merchandise is purchased online & can be returned to our warehouse after your exchange has been approved! Please keep in mind that items returned will be issued store credit that can be used online. Please note that, your store credit code cannot be combined with any other offer.

 *All orders are subject to 48-72 hour processing time in addition to your preferred shipping method. Your order will be shipped asap!

*** Because we work hard to prepare and create your order, there are no cancellations on any purchase.

** All Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. (Items purchased for 40% or more off  retail price)

** All Swimwear/ Bodysuits are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

** All Jewelry & accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  1. All items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. We do not accept "Clearance" items or bodysuits.
  2. Upon returning the item, you will receive store credit in the form of a promotional code to use (Please note: Store Credit Cannot be combined with any other offer)

Return by Mail

  1. Please print and fill out our Return Slip & include your original packing slip with item(s) being returned. Kindly note- without an order number provided there may be a delay in your return process.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition with tags attached. Items must be unworn and unwashed. We do not accept "Clearance" items or swimwear.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We do not accept COD deliveries, it will be rejected. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. Cymonne's is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  4. Please track your return package. When it has been confirmed as delivered to our office, please email us at: Support@Cymonnes.com to receive your store credit code for your exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the desired merchandise will be available when you've returned an item, due to high demand. So you will receive store credit for your order once it has been received.

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping fees if you choose to make a return. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your item is damaged, defective or incorrect upon delivery, please contact us immediately to arrange a complimentary return to resolve the issue Immediately! (Support@Cymonnes.com)

 

STORE CREDIT:

Store Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once the product is received at our warehouse. Please follow the steps below to be suede your rest urn is resolved as quickly as possible.

- Once your return has been shipped out, Please Retain your Return Tracking # and track your return

- When your return has been confirmed as delivered to our office, 

-Email: Support@Cymonnes.com to confirm your return and receive your store credit.

 

Please allow 3-10 business days for return processing.

Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form of a gift card.

*Store credit covers original purchasing price; tax fees and original shipping are not included.

* Please note, only 1 code may be used at the time of purchase (Your code is valid for 90 days)

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: 

The rates may vary for international orders depending on where you live, certain countries add tarriffs after the package has been accepted there.  We are not responsible for these additional costs.  The shipping rate will be displayed during checkout, before you submit payment.
